Mr. Sanchez, over the past 9+ months our service team has been working with you to try and reproduce the issue with your car while in our possession. We were never able to, and even though you were able to film the issue, being able to replicate the issue is the first step in being able to fix it. We explained that your manufacturer's hybrid warranty, which was the only warranty still valid on the car, only covered certain systems and without being able to replicate the problem we could not guarantee that you would not be responsible for an out-of-pocket expense if we tried to remedy the issue with a trial-and-error approach. The service staff understood your frustration with the situation and that we were unable to replicate the issue, and that was why we suggested having another shop give you a second opinion and attempt to replicate the issue, but you declined. We suggested this so that even if you decided not to have us perform the work, you would be able to fix your vehicle. After several visits we also explored the possibility of trading your vehicle in towards a different vehicle so that you and your family would feel safe. We worked very hard to find a comparable vehicle and worked our personal relationships with lenders to get the best loan available for you in the attempt to relieve you of this burden. We understand that option does not fit into your budget at this time but do think that this may be the best option for you. We hope you are able to resolve your issue and offer our assistance going forward

Gosch group, if you take 9+ monts to figure out a problem in your own line of cars (Hyundai) I will recommend get better training for your staff. Im for sure Hyundai offers special training for every new line of cars. It has been more than a year you supposedly work on the car the last 2 times for allmost 60 days. And one time I received a call asking me why my car was park in the dealership. At this point the car was in your possession for more than 3 weeks. Thats how I know your service department is incompetent to trouble shooting, certified Mechanics don't fix by trials and error. The good Mechanics know how to use a book when need it and call the manufacturer's for guidance on troubleshooting. Only home Mechanics are trial and error. Thank you for telling all this community how your service deparment works. Trial and error. Bottom line is you can't fix a car of your own brand. + all your employees are very unprofessional. Thats the reason you have no good sales. The only department that I see is busy is your service department, and now I know why.

Mr. Sanchez, our service technicians and advisors are Hyundai Master Certified monthly by the manufacturer with extensive training on how to properly diagnose and fix Hyundai vehicles, and our team communicates with our factory engineers whenever we are unable to diagnose an issue or a recommended repair does not resolve an issue. Those factory engineers were unable to give us guidance when we could not replicate your issue. You are correct in saying that good technicians don’t work by trial and error, if they can replicate an issue. Sometimes even the factory recommended repair does not fix a customer’s issue and the technician needs to explore further to find the problem. We asked you to take your vehicle to another shop to see if they could replicate the issue, as we could not and we don’t operate by just trying something and charging our customers for it. Our professional staff regularly wins awards for our high level of customer service by maintaining one of the highest CSI scores in the western states, which is why our service department is so busy. Well, there wad not a need to replicate the issue, since the last 2 times the car was in the gosch service the isdue was present. The last time I got the car back the issue was present. You keep repeating what im saying and the way problems should be approached. You guys are lying about everything. You guys can't prove how much time uour service department really spent on the car. Like I told you before, one time I received a call asking me why the car was in your lot, and this is after 3 weeks. I asked your guy. What do you mean about that you supost to be troubleshooting the car? Responce was I'll call you back with an answer, never called back. Look you are as bad as your employees, can answer right and have to copy from my responses. And and if your guy is gay or not is not my problem. It was a typo. So many people are complaining about the gosch group. So far only 1 person is happy with a 16 year old car. And if your department is qualified and certified to repair a Hyundai hybrid car then fix the car. And if your gay guy is running for the best on the state sir please think for ones. That means that all the other ones are worse thant your guy. Is common sense used. My rate for your gosch group is -0 can't qualified such a unresponsible group, that includes you. And many others agreed, thats why I said gosch group because so many people are having the same problems with other dealers in your group.
