Went to Hyundai parts for some touch up paint for my Kona. Unfortunately they didnt have it in stock. Kade and Jose made sure they still made my color and told me we can still get it. Complained of noise near left tire for years, and they couldn’t find it or said it was something else. Brought it back again and told them I can still hear and feel the left tire issue. They find the problem, but my warranty is past by 3-4 months, and now have to pay to get fixed. I chose not to fix, but got charged almost $200 for looking. I asked if warranty will cover, they said let me check. They should have told me warranty was over before they checked and charged for just looking. More
