Went in today July 16th for oil change for my 2022 Hyundai Tuscon had an appointment at 10. Had to wait in their waiting room for 2 hours and 30 mins for a simple oil change which can be done in less Hyundai Tuscon had an appointment at 10. Had to wait in their waiting room for 2 hours and 30 mins for a simple oil change which can be done in less than 30 mins. When asked about the wait, they said this has been going on for the past 8 months. I would understand if this was a one time thing. but knowing there is an issue for 8 months and not doing anything to try to help the situation just shows there is a lack of respect of the customer and their time. I don't blame any of the employees themselves, this is a dealership issue. More
