The staff and facilities at this dealership are excellent. I had my Sonata serviced and waited for it to be done. I definitely would have preferred less annoying music playing loudly in the backgro excellent. I had my Sonata serviced and waited for it to be done. I was disappointed to find a greasy spot on the driver’s seat which definitely was not there when I left my car in their care. Other brand dealerships that I have used always put a paper shield on the seat to keep this from happening. The seat is upholstery so I’m hoping it will clean up okay. I don’t like being negative but that is what happened. I do really appreciate the excellent staff and facilities. More
