Overall I have been very pleased with their service in the past.But this last visit was confusing to me as the work was not completed and the repair came back unfinished, maybe even worse. Apparently the vehicle has to be rescheduled and returned for another day to see if it can be completed at that time, however the work order read that the work had been finished. When this was explained to me upon pickup it was confusing as to what had actually been done to the vehicle that day. Now I am waiting to see when the part will actually come in. More
