Friendliness I would rate a 4. However, this is the third time I brought my father's vehicle in for service for the same problem. The car had an issue with cruise control and doesn However, this is the third time I brought my father's vehicle in for service for the same problem. The car had an issue with cruise control and doesn't work properly. The cancel button needs to be pressed multiple times or so hard it hurts my fingers in order for the cruise control to end. I still have the brake option to cancel, but the button should work too. Additionally, last year when I depressed the cancel button, the vehicle actually accelerated! I had video to prove it. Back in '19 I believe the button was replaced under warranty. Now 2 years later (when the problem arose again) and out of warranty, the problem returned. This car is 10 years old and only 41k miles. The answer - to replace the button again. I shouldn't have to replace the button every two years. I paid $139 discovery fee just to learn the replace the button...again. And in two more years I would have to pay it again and pay for the button to be replaced. I declined the service and will take it to a real mechanic who can fix the problem once and be done. More

Carlos is friendly but he did not explained me about the service that my car will receive. I always had to ask him. And finally the guys who did the service did not checked levels and I thought that they di service that my car will receive. I always had to ask him. I do not like the guys turn on my radio or play with it when do the service. And if they changed just engine oil and filter, they took too much time to do so (two hours and a half????)))) More
