After experiencing these difficulties, I decided to wait in the lobby and work remotely. Fortunately, they have good internet and a suitable workspace for a laptop, which made this a better experience. If you have the ability to wait for your car at the dealership, this may be an option for you. However, based on my experience, I will not use them again for service. More

Though the work was good and the people there are great I had a very hard time communicating with my service tech Ric. He would not answer his phone (I know they are busy) and would not return my voice mails had a very hard time communicating with my service tech Ric.
