"Excellent Customer Service !" Everyone was very nice. Guy (my advisor) went above and beyond to have my car repaired -- and repaired in a timely manner (I had to go out of town). Everyone was very nice. Guy (my advisor) went above and beyond to have my car repaired -- and repaired in a timely manner (I had to go out of town). Guy was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He kept in touch (as I asked) letting me know the status of my car. Others I had the pleasure of dealing with (Jerrod, Ariel, Shirley, Kaitlin) were just as helpful and friendly -- Gosch has a great working team. It's obvious that Gosch takes pride in their customer service !! More
