Booked in for an oil change mentioned a broken door part and a loose mud flap was asked for brake and injector service add 220 $, declined waited 2 hours for oil change , then told to go to body shop for do and a loose mud flap was asked for brake and injector service add 220 $, declined waited 2 hours for oil change , then told to go to body shop for door part quote , they said a further long wait , Total waste of time , they did try to sell me a new car , i realize your running a business but i needed service not to stand there and grow a beard whilst they tried to screw money out of my pocket , not happy , More

Good job Anthony! I had a great experience this past week when I took my car to be serviced. All of my questions were answered and a very kind and professional manner. I had a great experience this past week when I took my car to be serviced. All of my questions were answered and a very kind and professional manner. I felt very comfortable talking with Anthony and he seemed genuinely concerned about making sure I understood and was comfortable with the things that needed to be done to my car. This was the 60,000 mile maintainence and so there was a lot that needed to be done. Great customer service! More
