Though the work was good and the people there are great I had a very hard time communicating with my service tech Ric. He would not answer his phone (I know they are busy) and would not return my voice mails had a very hard time communicating with my service tech Ric. He would not answer his phone (I know they are busy) and would not return my voice mails. I was sent a couple of text messages but became very frustrated at the lack of compassion or worry about the outcome of my car. It was left for over 6 weeks for a simple repair. This was not acceptable to me. More
