I recived a card offering me 18,989.00 for my 2007 Chevy Silverado, low milage in mint condition in and out. Fully loaded.i had just one more payment on it. I went to check it out because i wanted to take m Silverado, low milage in mint condition in and out. Fully loaded.i had just one more payment on it. I went to check it out because i wanted to take my wife to City of Hope because she had been dignosed with cancer. i drove up and Paul wanted to show me a car i told him i want to take advantage of the card i had recieved in the mail. he kept offering to show me a car so i looked at a few because i would need a car to get around, all he showed were cars that i would have to still make payments on, when i told him i did not want another car payment he asked me to go in the office to figure something out. he came back with Chris after i showed him the card i got in the mail. Chris had Paul evaluate the Truck i just brought in, chris was still trying to get me get another vehicle. Paul came in and said the truck was well taken care of, he then showed the card i brought in to Chris who said that price was for a different truck, that the truck i had was only worth 13,000.00 if that. (my son had went on the web and looked it up on the kelley blue book and saw it was worth almost 19,000.00) I explained to both men what i needed the money for they offered me a car for 10.000.00 plus 3,000.00 at this point i had been at the dealer for hours, and worry about being away from my wife so long. when i told Chris that my son saw on kelley book price he got out his cell phone and said it was 13,000.00 but he did not show it to me when i asked to see it he said he had already closed out, he then said let me talk to my boss and see if we can get you more money, he came back and said he can offer the car, 3,300.00 and a pair of movie tickets for my son. i said ok. when i signed the paper work with the finance guy he was very rude. i asked about the check i was told i would get he said it would come in the mail as soon as the pink on the truck arrived. (this was not the deal) i asked about the movie tickets he said he knew nothing about it, i had to talk with Chris or Paul who were no where to be found. even after repeated pages. i said i wanted to cancle the deal, the finance guy said with a very rude remark that it would cost me $500.00 to cancle the contract. i went home, i called the next day, and the next after 2 weeks of calling i went down there i was told they were still waiting for the pink slip and they did not have any movie tickets. i finally got my money but my wife has just passed away. i love cheverlet i worked for General Motors for 35 yrs and buy nothing else but chevy. but i will never go to inland cheverlet again. More
As a Chevy Man all my adulthood life and proud owner of As a Chevy Man all my adulthood life and proud owner of nothing but Chevy vehicles, it's been my dream to own a Chevy pick up truck....and so I went As a Chevy Man all my adulthood life and proud owner of nothing but Chevy vehicles, it's been my dream to own a Chevy pick up truck....and so I went to Inland Chevrolet to service my 2007 HHR LT, which I bought used from them in 2009 on a three year contract, which I had just made my last payment and received my Title of ownership. While having my car serviced, I decided to take a look and price the new and used trucks, hoping now at 65 yrs of age a retired Teamsters truck driver and a single parent of a 4 yr old boy, I could have that dream come true. While looking around, Mgr. Matt came up to me and called salesman Jose and introduced us, they both promised me THE WORLD. I explained to them that I'd like to take my time and would like to look around at other dealerships. After looking around for a while and seeing and test driving the truck of my dreams, I told the Mgr. Matt and the salesman Jose that I would be back, that's when all the lies began. They told me that there was 0% interest on that particular truck I wanted, they offered a better price than that on the sticker, Jose told me that GMC was financing the truck and they promised not to take anything off the truck. 0% interest was the main reason I took the deal, 0% interest. When I got to the finance person Todd Kovac to go over the contract, that's when my dream was turned into a nightmare and nothing but broken promisses. Todd became another pushy salesman, and became very rude after I refused to take an extended bumper to bumper warranty, he went as far as to rudely call service in front of me and request that the alarm be removed from the truck and be brought directly to him all because I refused to pay for something that was part of the truck and this after it was promissed by both Jose and Matt not to add or remove anything that was part of the truck. GMC did not finance the vehicle nor was I told who was...0% finance turned into $8,462.68 and so 38,427.50 ended up costing me 50,470.32... I would like to end this by saying that this does not change the great love I have for Cherolet and will always be proud to own a Chevy, but I could never ever recommend or say anything good about INLAND CHEVROLET. More
I found 2 vehicles on the website that I liked. They called right away and I gave the stock numbers, by the time I arrived both the jeep and the SUV were up front clean and ready to be test driven. He explained what they had, what I had and how that met in the middle. The offer on my trade was very fair according to all my prior research. I am very happy with my purchase of both vehicles!!! Can you believe that??? Every step was so easy, painless and fair that I bought both. Cyndee in finance was friendly and fast, a pleasure to work with. Wade and Ricky are great. Mr. Faircloth was awesome the best sales man ever I have purchased as many as 15 cars in my life time and he was the most personal of them all. I was so happy with my experience. I just received by car from the Body Shop to repair some dents. Mark Reza, the Estimator mad me feel at home. He delivered as promised. The service is always great they are very knowledgeable. They have always taken care of any problem and always have an answer for you. Bob has helped me out in issues that occured at another dealership he didn't hesitate and I appreciated the help. I have been a chevrolet owner and customer of Inland for sometime. Bob Knight and Mark are assets to your store and I always look forward to dealing with them. I always recommend your service department to my friends even if they don"t own a GM vehicle. I have also worked with Bob's other staff and they are also very professional. I always request Mark and hold him in high regards as an outstanding people person with a wealth of knowledge of all GM vehicles. Keep up the great work as you have me as a dedicated Inland customer due to your service department and great vehicles. More
My wife and I first met Bob Knight when our Malibu needed to be serviced. He proved himself to be honest and forthright. He provided us with information on what the car needed and did not need. The process took 2 or 3 days and he stayed in contact with us to keep us informed as to what was going on with the car. We then found ourselves needing to trade in a car. We contacted Bob again and he set it up that when we came to the dealership we were met by Mr. Wade Hoggland. At first we wanted to trade in two cars at the same time. Wade spent several hours with us in the test drive and paperwork process. He was always attentive, never pushy, and he acted as though we were important, not just a sell. We found out that we did not qualify two trade in both cars and had a hard time with finding financing. Thats when Cindee and Ricky came in. Those two worked like crazy to find us financing. All through this process, Bob Knight continued to come byand check on us to see how we were doing and to insure that we were being treated right. He need not have worried. Wade, Cindee, and Ricky treated us like family. One of the young workers even volunteered to go and pick us up some food because we had not eaten. We have NEVER, NEVER been treated like this with any type of company. Even now, after the deal is done. When we could be "just like any other customer", we are still treated like family. You just don't find that kind of service, respect, willingness to go beyond what would normally be expected. We will always be grateful for the experience and will tell anyone who will listen about Inland Chevrolet. God bless them. More

They called in about 2 hours to say my car was ready. In about another 10 minutes their driver picked me up and brought me back to the dealer to get my car.
