I really liked the silver metallic outside and the black interior. It looked very classy and we took the Camaro for a test drive. I was very impressed with the Camaro's handling and braking. I decided to buy this car because I liked it so much. Raenea did a great job of getting me set up with MY LINK, and the Internet and all the controls of the vehicle. I was also really impressed with the air conditioning of the vehicle. Jose Polasek the Finance Manager helped me with a problem I had with the maintenance contracts and it was settled to my satisfaction. He gave me a great deal of help in explaining the contracts to me and arranging .financing. I was really impressed with all the employees of Gosch Chevrolet and their friendly attitude in answering questions. I also liked the fact that the bumper guards don't bottom out when you hit the dips in Hemet. More
WORST SRVICE EVER RIP OFFS WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER! If I could give less than 1 star I would. On April 9th 2016 I took my vehicle, a 2010 Chevy Cruz to Gosch Chevy and exp WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER! If I could give less than 1 star I would. On April 9th 2016 I took my vehicle, a 2010 Chevy Cruz to Gosch Chevy and explained that the engine had a slight misfire and that there was a warranty on the car. Vehicle was left in Gosch Chevy's possession on 04/22/2016. We were informed that the vehicle needed to have the heads redone, there was a problem on the top end. Gosch contacted the warranty company that approved the work and started the repair. It took them an extended amount of time to repair the vehicle. Finally I asked what was taking so long, my first payment was due and they didn't want to make it without having the vehicle. I was informed by the service advisor that there was some difficulty in repairing the car and that they had to dig deeper to fix another problem that occurred during the repair. More time elapsed, almost two months when I was informed I would be able to retrieve the vehicle that it only needed a test drive and it would be ready. Again I heard nothing, I called and left many messages during this entire event. Finally I was contact by someone claiming to be the service manager. He explained that he had bad news. After having the car for almost two month and getting the run around I was told that during the test drive the motor had seized due to mechanical error. More than likely the oil pump failed causing the motor to seize and that they would now have to tear the motor down for a rebuild and also that they had used all of the $3500 warranty and I owed them an additional $850 out of pocket. So in a nutshell, I had a car, the warranty was used, the car was broke and I was on the hook for the motor. I explained to them that I would not be spending money to repair the car and that it was error on their part. They should have known this problem existed. The car was running fine other than a slight misfire and it also had no problem passing smog when I bought it. I have already filed a complaint with Bureau of Automotive Repair and they told them it was mechanical error to which the motor would have to be torn down to prove different. I received a call a few weeks ago from an employee informing me that there was a 2010 Chevy Cobalt in the street with my personal information and sales contract in it. He was concerned the car may get towed away being that the windows were also left down. I said would you check with service because that car was there for repairs and should not be in the street, especially with the windows down. He never called back. I drove by but did not see the car in the street. Shortly after I received a fax from the original bank. They had received a lien sale notification from Gosch towing and faxed me the copy. I called Gosch towing and talked to an employee. She said that Gosch had it towed there from the street. I asked why would my car be in the street when it was left in the possession of the service department? She said her boss wasn't there and she would ask him and have him give me a call back. After 2 days I called back and she said that I would have to Call Gosch service and they would get it back for me. After many attempts to reach someone at the dealership and no returned phone call, the car is set for lien sale tomorrow and I am left with no choice but to file legal action. I am in the car business 23 years and have never seen a dealership so unscrupulous. I warn anyone looking to deal with these people, there are many other dealerships in Southern California to deal with and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER do business with this auto group!!!! Nope, same old lack of service credibility Took my car in for a repair. They replaced a bunch of unnecessary parts, took it home still leaked. Brought it back, actually fixed the leak, The second repair was the problem part, the first was a 3 1/2 hour rip-off. The service manager is no manager, never answers the phone never calls to make sure people are taken care of... just a figure head, like Nero...his service drive is falling apart,, while he plays a fiddle. No one answers phones, everything either goes unanswered or right to voice mail... no return call when there is an urgent message.. nada.. Had to make 3 calls, an online chat (which was nothing more than talking to a computer, giving predetermined answers, and email, before someone finally called back. More

He was busy with another person. He came out of his office to acknowledge that he knew I was waiting. He assured me that he would be available shortly. While discussing my concern he was willing to get involved to resolve the problem. I believe he looks out for the interest of the customer. He is one of the reasons that I keep my business at Inland Chevrolet. More
