Roller coaster experience and did work not requested, when asked for invoice to pay over the phone so i could pick up later i noticed work not requested. I called my rep to go over the invoice with i said you touched my transmission fluid why did you do that i had over 219,00 miles on it, he said well your husband…guess what he’s not my husband. Why wouldn’t you call me to see if i had any issues before touching it, yes the register owner who drives it everyday. You sure all quick to call for money for extra work. Now i drive wondering is today the day my transmission dies. The final kicker was i got in my truck after hours to drive away and my passenger head light was out. More
