I live and travel full time in my RV. My truck is my tow vehicle and it's how I travel the country. I traveled 2800 miles, from Florida, to finally find Gosch Chevrolet. Your service department corrected an issue with my 2021 Silverado HD brakes. I've been to three other dealerships trying to get my brakes repaired. There was a service bulletin issued for my brakes that none of the other dealerships bothered to check into. Gosch Chevrolet Service corrected the issue. No more squeaky brakes and they actually stop my truck now. Your service department also helped out with a warranty issue for my tonneau cover that was purchased at another dealer and needed replacement under warranty due to defective materials. They facilitated the warranty replacement and installed the new cover. There were a few other warranty issues and some general maintenance that was done. When I picked up my truck and drove it down the road it felt like a new truck! Thank you for your professionalism and for a great service experience. More
