Consistent, Competent Service Two days before my last visit I had some work done at Tim Lally. I went home, and the car wouldn't start the next day. Amazing experience. I came in for an oil change and with the help of Joe Z. and Robert Parr, I left with a 2016 Chevy Trax. While looking around I was approached by a sal I came in for an oil change and with the help of Joe Z. and Robert Parr, I left with a 2016 Chevy Trax. While looking around I was approached by a saleman so I asked for Mike Z. who helped me with the purchase of my Pontiac G6. He was unavailable so he asked that his brother assist me. They were prompt, courteous and went above expectations to help me from over three hours away.
