I recently went to get my car fixed . TheyTold me “ good I recently went to get my car fixed . They Told me “ good news” we can’t find anything wrong with your car but we have to reset the computer .. you j I recently went to get my car fixed . They Told me “ good news” we can’t find anything wrong with your car but we have to reset the computer .. you just have to pay 140 for a diagnostic! Okay cool .. a week later I take a road trip and the same things is happening to my car .. over heating! I couldn’t make back to Cleveland to get my car repaired so I had to go to another Chevy dealership to receive the needed service . I want what I paid for the diagnostics refunded .. I’ve been calling for a week leaving messages with no answer ! Now I’m HOT ! More

I will never purchase another vehicle from tim lally or use its services, I been dealt unfairly by it service manager and I believe they are dealing monetarily for themselves and squeezing money erroneousl use its services, I been dealt unfairly by it service manager and I believe they are dealing monetarily for themselves and squeezing money erroneously out of its customers . Quality Customer Service I went to this dealership for service my extended warranty was not honored I asked to speak with the service manager which I was told he was running l I went to this dealership for service my extended warranty was not honored I asked to speak with the service manager which I was told he was running late Then the service person Joe handed me my keys back and told me I could call when the service manager comes in Well this situation caused me to be late for work Also I did take Joe instructions to call back but still no acknowledgement from this service manager Eventually from my constant calling I was able to speak with Alex Reed who was very much concerned about my problem even though he's not a service manager I truly appreciate his professionalism Tim Lally should be elated to have someone like him Thanks again Mr. Alex Reed More

Service Department is Awful! I dropped off my car for a minor service and was told it would be ready at end of the day. After three days and no word from Service Department I was I dropped off my car for a minor service and was told it would be ready at end of the day. After three days and no word from Service Department I was told that it had not even been worked on yet. I tried each day to call and each time was either placed on hold or transferred to generic voicemail. It is impossible to even get in touch with a service representative to see what is going on. This is the worst service experience I have ever had at any dealership. More
