My service provider was not interested in anything I had to say! He brushed off every single thing I asked about. I stopped going here before because of that issue, but I needed something quick and they wer to say! He brushed off every single thing I asked about. I ended up with the exact same service provider! The service provider even suggested that I go back to the dealer I purchased the car from, which is in another state! He was very passive aggressive and customer service wasn’t at the top of his list at all. I just booked an appointment with the dealership I prefer for the issues that I needed repair for. More

I just can’t get over the fact that when my vehicle was being serviced I asked the technician if my tires were bad he said yes you really need it new set he gave me a quote? I said that’s great I have a li being serviced I asked the technician if my tires were bad he said yes you really need it new set he gave me a quote? I said that’s great I have a lifetime warranty on my tires that I’ve never used since I’ve owned the vehicle he told me that that only covers blowouts not wear and tear that was a terrible answer. so I said so I will have to get hurt in order for me to get new tires some type of accident or something I’ve been Chevy customer for close to 10 years now I do think I really deserve a new set a tires without having to have a blowout or anything like that I just really took that to the heart. More

This started before Christmas 2024 I was told it was a minor engine issue they could fix right after Christmas. Got it fixed and got it back on a Tuesday and the engine light was back on by Friday. I brought the following Wednesday and it was there for two weeks because I was told the whole engine needed to be replaced. I have children and I also work. I was told there were no loners available but I could get a rental and Tim Lally would reimburse me. No one called to give me updates I had to call and ask for them, no one called to let me know a loner was now available. I spent over $1,000 on a rental and it’s not guaranteed I will be fully reimbursed. I also worked with Ben and he was helpful at first but then I would call ask to speak to him and no answer. I left voicemails for a return call and never received one. I’m very disappointed with the service. My dad has bought 3 cars from this place and I have never something like this. More
