My service provider was not interested in anything I had to say! He brushed off every single thing I asked about. I ended up with the exact same service provider! The service provider even suggested that I go back to the dealer I purchased the car from, which is in another state! He was very passive aggressive and customer service wasn’t at the top of his list at all. I just booked an appointment with the dealership I prefer for the issues that I needed repair for. More
