Don't trust these guys in service!! So I typically don't Rant... but what I have been going through with Tim Dahle South Towne Nissan service department is BEYOND RIDICULOUS, here's the So I typically don't Rant... but what I have been going through with Tim Dahle South Towne Nissan service department is BEYOND RIDICULOUS, here's the short story.. I bought my car just before christmas and had their service department do the oil change in February 4 days later my turbo and motor have to be replaced because of OIL STARVATION! The first shop that looked at it had to put 3qts of oil in my car just to get the oil to register on the dip stick!! No my car didn't have a oil leak nor did the oil plug fall out so where did the oil go??? Not in my driveway... While if you ask South Towne Nissan's service department assistant manager or manager they will have all kinds of stories saying that Subaru knows there's an oil consumption issue (yep they do but on newer Subarus and Subaru is assisting those customers) my Turbo probably kicked out 3qts of oil (with out me NOT knowing) ADD in story time: they have 3 subarus in their shop with the same kind of issue (2 days later and the other manger said they had 5 Subarus in the shop with this issue)....They continued to try and Throw subaru under the bus and state that there is such an issue with Subaru that they had to use a used motor because Subaru didn't have any motors in stock...Yeah NO!! I called around and wow to my shock found plenty of Subaru motors... Basically the assistant manager and the manager of the service department treated me like a stupid girl that was trying to blame them for something they didn't do and that they could prove it by all these stories and videos.. I have tried so many avenues to talk this out and at least find someone to at least treat me with some brains.. The sales manager (Grin P) and the service GM (Josh) at least treated me respectfully and listened when the service advisers/ assistant Manager and Manager (John D and Andy) treated me like a silly stupid girl. I finely get the video of my oil change (after I've been requesting the video for a week) - it's so low quality has no time stamp, can't see my licence plate nor the oil meter and its under 2 minutes long.. So they state they aren't at fault and have proof they did what was required of them but want to make me happy and are willing to assist me in replacing my motor at cost to save me some money.. More

Bought a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder and did ALL maintenance and service through this dealership and the motor blew with only 111K miles on the motor. Was charged over $1800 (Almost $10k to replace the motor and exhaust!) more than originally quoted and it took over 6 weeks to get my vehicle back! I asked my service advisor that I worked with for over a decade JD to help, nothing, the service writer Scott is worthless, never following through on any of his commitments. I asked for the service manager to call me back, nothing, I even asked the owner Tyler Slade to call me back, crickets! DO NOT BUY A CAR OR GET IT SERVICED FROM THIS JUNK SHOW OF A DEALER!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! More

We made the stupid decision to buy from them twice got screwed over twice and it's so unfortunate that even working with Steven Dahle got us screwed, Bill in finance, Martin in the glass Bay approving deals, and jd in the service Bay. Apparently they don't have people "qualified" people to work on the vehicles, the used car mechanic not only hit my vehicle but didn't do any oil change the two times I brought it, we would all assume it would be done buying it but we are wrong. They also sold us a vehicle that would not pass safety and emissions. Be very careful who you work with here. In fact it's illegal for a car dealership to sale cars that won't pass. So how many of you people that buy here think it really passed? If they do it to me won't they do it to you? More
Terrible service! I went in to get my car worked on. They over quoted me and said it would take them way longer then it should to fix it. INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!! I needed an oil and filter change, my tires rotated, and a scratch buffed out on my car. Stephen Galaso (my absolutely excellent salesman who sold me I needed an oil and filter change, my tires rotated, and a scratch buffed out on my car. Stephen Galaso (my absolutely excellent salesman who sold me my Rogue) connected me with an equally absolutely excellent Service Advisor, Joe Grotton. Joe took care of everything I needed done in the most timely manner possible. I usually dread taking my car in for service at dealerships because it seems like you always need to block out 3+ hours for the service to be done. I was in and out of the dealership in less that an hour with how quickly Joe worked on my car. He not only provided me with quick, excellent service, but he even ran my car through the car wash, so I when I got it back it was like receiving a brand new car again. The best part, was while I waited on my car, I was able to relax and watch TV, eat some delicious popcorn, and catch up with the wonderful salesmen and service guys that work there. They all remembered my from when I first bought my car and took 5 minutes out of their day to come say hi and catch up. THAT is excellent customer service! They all take the time to create personal relationships with their customers. THANK YOU, JOE & STEPHEN!!!!! Tim Dahle forever has my business and recommendation because of these two. Thank you, Joe for taking such great care of my Rogue! More
If you want no respect, this is your place! I was hesitant to do business with Tim Dahle Nissan in the first place, just because of the mixed reviews I got from friends and coworkers, but after I was hesitant to do business with Tim Dahle Nissan in the first place, just because of the mixed reviews I got from friends and coworkers, but after reading the reviews on here I decided to give it a shot. I brought my car in for new tires and an alignment and after waiting 20 minutes was greeted by Andy. He seemed like he was having a bad day so I decided to let his unfriendly-ness slide. I was given a ride to my place of employment by Dave, who just so happened to be one of the only kind people I encountered at this dealership, and was also picked up by him. When I got back to the dealership, it was a lot busier than before and I waited over 40 minutes before any of the service employees offered assistance. After I paid for my car (double the cost of what they told me it would be) I drove my car away and realized it was pulling hard to the right, just like it did before. I turned right around and came back to the dealership. After waiting for over an hour while they were checking what was wrong, they came back and told me they forgot to do the alignment the first time and I would have to come back another day because they didn't have time. After this day, I tried calling every day for a week to talk to Mark Tuttle, the service manager. Every time I called, I was either sent to voicemail or told he was busy. I came in one day to speak with him and the cashier (I do not know her name because she was not wearing a name tag, but she has blonde hair and is heavier set) told me to "get in line" and that "he doesn't have very much time for customers who just want free handouts". I was appalled. I walked out of the door and took my business elsewhere. More
AWESOME experience every time. I stopped in without an appointment for service on my jeep. Greeted promptly and adviser really took the time to understand my concerns. He didn't try to sale me service I didn't need and was not pushy. After my information was taken I was escorted to there lounge. There lounge area was very comfortable, they had free wifi, free coffee and even a soda machine. My advisor came back after a short time and reported the findings of my jeep. There were some items to address in the future that would be needed that I had time to prepare for. I love the fact that they didn't try to sale me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. My adviser told me he would come get my just as soon as they were done. A short time later he walked me to the cashiers desk and went over my paper work. I really feel like they went the extra mile to help me maintain my vehicle. After I was finished they walked me to my car, that they had pulled up front of they building, owe and they even washed it to! Thank for the great service you guys ROCK! More
