Very dishonest dealer, sorry I ever did business with them. Bought a pre owned truck from them that was an absolute mess and they wouldn’t clean it properly, drove 325 miles to get the truck, gave them 4 them. With no T I purchased tires with a 24-month road hazard warranty. While my wife and I were on vacation, one of the tires blew out and was irreparable. With no Tim Dahle stores nearby, I was forced to buy a replacement tire. When I contacted TDN upon returning home, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. All they care about is selling you a car, not about taking care of you afterwards. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
Replaced transmission under warranty Service department and Nissan really came through for us! Our 2014 Nissan Versa was having serious transmission issues. We have kept up on recommended Service department and Nissan really came through for us! Our 2014 Nissan Versa was having serious transmission issues. We have kept up on recommended services (replaced transmission fluid at 30000 miles) Took it into Tim Dahle Southtown in March at 68000 miles (out of warranty). They did not charge me a diagnostic fee. The service depeartment was phenomenal, calling every day to give me an update on the progress. They were able to get Nissan to cover the transmission because I performed regular service on it. They had the transmission in stock and it only took a couple days to replace. This dealership is a well oiled machine and I would probably trust them with my life! :) More

The damage was extensive, and while driving to Tim Dahle, trying to reach them before they closed, my Armada finally died about a half mile short of the dealership. I ran to the shop just as they were closing. These guys heard my hard luck story and 5 guys jumped into action. They drove to my car to push the beast the full distance. I was dumbfounded that they were willing to help me, especially when they were expecting to go home. Next, the service department had to do a lot of detective work to get it working again. They continually kept in contact with me to keep me updated as to their progress. Several times they thought they had it fixed only to find something else go wrong. They relentlessly worked on each problem until it was solved. Last night, I drove the repaired car home. It's working perfectly! More

So my boyfriend took his 2015 Nissan Altima 2.5SE into this dealer for some issues and they said it was the transmission which they said they replaced. Next day when he drove about 40 miles or so and his car wouldn’t start properly and it was jerking when he accelerated. This got so bad to the point where he couldn’t go above 25 and we had to pull over and get it towed. They did pay for the towing but that’s the only good thing they did. They then told him it would be $100 to fix his car! When they didn’t do it right the first time. After he got it back his emission light came on and they even spilled something all over the dash in his car! Absolutely terrible place and in all honesty I wish I could give them 0 stars because I don’t believe they even deserve 1. More
horrible experience My seat belt had broken and would no longer retract, my car is a 2009 and is under warranty. I had called and set an appointment, the lady told me it My seat belt had broken and would no longer retract, my car is a 2009 and is under warranty. I had called and set an appointment, the lady told me it would take roughly 45 min. When I got to the dealership, I was not greeted and was not told where I could get any help. I spoke with the assist service manager, told him what I was there for and he asked if I wanted a quote and I told him it was under warranty. It seemed like after I said this, his whole attitude changed for the bad. He did not show any empathy towards my situation and he didn't make me feel like he was willing to help me at all. He told me that my VIN # was archived and he would have to call and make sure it was under warranty, and that take 24 – 48 hrs and after verified he can order the part, which could take another 3 days. I asked for a loaner car, and he told me that those were reserved for people that needed them… Hmmm, what was I??? Then he told me that I could come back when the part was in which is totally unacceptable, first off it is illegal to drive without a seat belt, and if I had been in an accident I could have been badly hurt. After I left I was so angry I called and complained to Nissan North America, crazy enough, after I called and complained my car was fixed in 2 days. It was overall a horrible experience as a customer. More

Complete Rippoff I purchased a used car (2014) from them in Dec 2016. I specifically asked Mike Spivey if the car had been in an accident and was told no it had no (carfax supported this). I specifically asked Mike Spivey if it had any leaks and was told it did not. Mike Spivey told me about all this supposed service they did to the car before giving it to me (to include an oil change that day - which I found out never happened). Anyway, from day one it leaked a lot of oil. They took it back three times and replaced all kinds of seals (for which they had to remove the transmission). After the third time of takeing it back to them I took it to another Nissan dealer. As soon as they pulled the transmission they called me and asked when the vehicle was in an accident. I told them I was assured it had not been. When I went to the other dealer not only did they show me on the transmission where it had been in an accident they also showed me on the front fender and bumper how they could tell it was in an accident and had been repaired. I asked if this should have been caught either during their inspection they do when they take possession of the car, or when they did their multi-point inspection they bragged about before I took possession, or when they were doing any of the previous maintenance. I was told yes on all accounts. So either Tim Dahle Nissan lied to me or are completely incompetent in their maintenance. Anyway the transmission needed to be replaced. I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to replace it free of charge. They did but only after major complaining on my part. They have never accepted responsibility (verbally) for lying about the accident or just outright missing it during maintenance. Now that the weather is warming up I've used the AC. Guess what, it's been getting warmer and warmer so there is a leak or something. I know that will come out of my pocket - they wouldn't dare fix it for free. All I can say is I feel I was totally ripped off and have zero trust or faith in them. They didn't fix the real problem until after another dealer identified it and I got the Nissan Regional Rep from Denver involved; and that was only after serious complaining on my part. Buying a new car from them is great because of the Nissan warranty. When it comes to a 2 year old car with 18000 miles ... BUYER BEWARE !!! The General manager disregarded my request for them to either buy back the vehicle or to refund $2500 because I bought a car that had been in an accident under the pretense I was getting one that had not. Even after specific requests to meet with him, we never met. There was always an excuse as to why he couldn't meet with me. More
Bad service Twice they got the parts wrong!, Im still waiting to see if they get it right this time so that I can enjoy my new vehicle. I tried getting a loaner c Twice they got the parts wrong!, Im still waiting to see if they get it right this time so that I can enjoy my new vehicle. I tried getting a loaner car and they gave me one that had a very unpleasant smell, they kept saying they had no other cars. When i get home the tire was already flat! so i went and put air on it. I returned the car and someone in the back yells "we can fix the tire but we dont have another car to loan", I didnt know who that was but it was very inconsiderate of them to not understand my struggle. I got the name from the employees, Shannel is new at her position, but definitely not an excuse for the bad service. More
