My wife and I had been shopping for a new Altima for several weeks and our shopping stopped when we went to Tim Dahle Nissan. The entire shopping experience was great. Our salesperson was knowledgable several weeks and our shopping stopped when we went to Tim Dahle Nissan. The entire shopping experience was great. Our salesperson was knowledgable and took the time to listen to us. The managers that we met were perfect gentlemen and answered all of our questions. I waited to write this review until we had our first oil change done at the dealership. They did not let us down. The service was great and we were in and out. I would recommend Tim Dahle Nissan to anyone who is looking for a Nissan. More

Customer service was very good until we bought a vehicle. Customer service has been nothing but a joke since. I have had a few very minor issues with the car we purchased and it seems that once the sale is c Customer service has been nothing but a joke since. I have had a few very minor issues with the car we purchased and it seems that once the sale is complete the good customer service ends too. Good luck in getting someone to return calls.
