I disagree Tim Dahle has given any thought to changing their customer service culture, providing any etiquette training to their employees. 10+ interaction, over the course of at least 10 yeArs at each tim Dahle location has been very unsatisfactory. The only thing worthy of your business is the amazing auto repair service which is within par with everyone else. Your sales/finance team gap of customer service is so far off, it’s indescribable. Don’t take this feedback from me, I suggest you hire a world class third party to audit yourself.

We were provided a sales price for a car and were ready to jump on deal with assumption that there might be doc fee of no more than ~$300. After all was said and done your salesman had walked the price up by $4,000 on a car advertised art ~$20,000.....that’s right 20% of cars value and that did not even include taxes because we are out of state. I kid you not... the salesman told me he would need to charge me $1200 more because we were paying cash. He also had $1300 in a reconditioning fee....mind you this car had ~20K miles on it. $500 for VTR (vehicle theft registration) which is the most useless waste of money and does absolutely nothing to avoid theft. $500 for brakes plus (which is a $10 electrical add on that makes your third brake light flash three times) and they tried to tell me how my insurance will likely go down by XXX per month because of this life saving feature. Then a $500 Doc fee. I would gladly remove reconsider my stance if sales manager removed all these fees and penalties (except a normal doc fee of $300). That is how you could turn the experience around. Thanks Carbuyr
