The only reason they are getting one star is because I couldn't give them zero. I bought a car from them on 10/10 and they said all mechanical issues were fixed. Then they tried to tack on the price of th couldn't give them zero. I bought a car from them on 10/10 and they said all mechanical issues were fixed. Then they tried to tack on the price of those repairs ON TOP OF the sales price, saying this was the cost of their "lifetime warranty." This should be factored into the sales price to begin with, not some additional cost of something they won't even honor...which leads me to the fact that my cooling fan assembly needs to be replaced. This happened ten days after I bought the car and now, despite their "lifetime warranty" they won't fix it. This is complete BS. I can't recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. More

Total disgrace as a dealership. Posted a vehicle online, showed a good price. Did not mention any mechanical problems with the vehicle. I knocked of the "shark fin" antenna from my new truck. They said they would have to run diagnostics on the truck for about $150. I did not need diagnostics, I had problem right there in my hand. On top of that, to replace the antenna was over $1,000. No telling what the diagnostic would have found on my 5 mo. old truck. Next, I came if for my "free oil change and tire rotation" and had to pay for oil additive and now my truck ride is very bouncy. I assume the tires are out of balance. Now I need to schedule another appointment to have them try and fix the problem they caused. More
