BOUGHT MY NISAAN MORANO HERE AWHILE AGO. IT STILL MAKES ME SICK TO THINK OF HOW MUCH DISHONESTY I SAW IN EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE I WORKED WITH. I THINK I DELT WITH ATLEAST 4 FOR SURE! THEY KEPT SWITCHING SALES PEOPLE ON US. WHAT IF WE CAN FIX THAT IS NOT THE SAME AS WE WILL FIX IT. NO MATTER WHERE YOU BUY AT WRITE ALL OVER THAT CONTRACT, WHAT WHAT EACH SALESMAN TOLD YOU. THEY ARE NOT MEN OF THEIR WORD THEY ARE MEN OF CONTRACTS. GO TO A SMALLER DEALER THAT CARES PERSONALLY ABOUT JUST DOING THE RIGHT THING. More

Gave us problems about test driving the car and let us only take it around the block. Gave excuses of why we had to sign the same documents 2 different times. Took us from our credit union where we already had the loan and did the loan from a different credit union which is not convenient. When we said we wanted to think on it, the salesman got rude and wanted the down payment right then and there. I had to get very firm that we were not leaving a down payment. Even though they said that the car was ours, they were back and forth on actually letting us take the car. The key fob was missing it's buttons but said they wouldn't fix it or replace it unless we bought the warranty for $600 and that was for the key fob only. Lied to us about when we would get the car. We got it 3 days after it was promised and even then we weren't sure we were going to get it. DO NOT do business with them. Run as fast as you can the other way. More
EXTREMELY DISHONEST. Bait and switch. It’s the most well oiled machine too. They know what they are doing. And they take pride in it. They have you sign documents on an iPad. In doing so they are able to add warranties you didn’t want or need. They increased the sale of the car we purchased for $16000 and we walked out paying over $23000. Hidden fees all through it. And when we expressed that we weren’t please they said “you signed the papers”. I realize as a customer I need to understand what I sign. I’ve just never had anyone be so shady in the wording that they were able to get us to sign for two more warranties all under the assumption that we were signing for one. My husband even said we don’t want the theft warranty and Brad still had us sign for it. On the iPad you have no idea what they just showed you. Always have them print the documents. I would never recommend this place. Also, we traded in our Car and they told us one price and we got $500 less then what they quoted. And they kept saying, oh it’s in the tax. We should have walked but we were so naive. We are just sick about this. We are out so much money and all because we trusted people to do good business. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night. We tried to work with them to reverse the sale. Trade it back in. We thought it was an AWD, and when we got home (15 miles away) we realized it was a FWD SUV🤦🏼♀️ We tried to have them help us get out of the deal. They wouldn’t. We then printed the paper work and that is when we saw the lies and deception. We went to speak with them in person. Grin the sales manager was smug and rude. He at one point said “do you not know how to do basic math”. It was shameful. Grin, Brad and Mitch are a very well oiled machine. Watch out. We have since found that our inspection that we paid $$$$ for was a lie as well. The speakers are blown, and the USB doesn’t worm. Can’t listen to my phone music. Run don’t walk away from this company. They are awful. I’ve gone and read reviews on this company and this story is everywhere. Crooks More

Incredible service experience. Kevin and team got my maintenance done and fixed my window without having to replace it! That's what I call honest ethics and workmanship! Dishonest and inefficient. I am still attempting to get my car shipped to me after a month. Cardon, my car salesman, offered multiple shipment dates but with no certainty. The financial office was just as my car shipped to me after a month. Cardon, my car salesman, offered multiple shipment dates but with no certainty.
