My clutch was cooked Mazda 3 clutch, tires, alignment lock smith stuff. These guys are smart and cool. Price competitive with Pep boys Auto Zone but the go the extra mile Mazda 3 clutch, tires, alignment lock smith stuff. These guys are smart and cool. Great Job; Stand Behind their Product I had the timing belt on my 2008 CX7 replaced under warranty last week. The work was done quickly and expertly and the car has never run better. Aggressive Sales Tactics in the Service Department Service Rep was very aggressive. Car is less than a year old and he was pushing for $150 worth of alignment and wheel balancing. Nowhere in the documentation was this mentioned anywhere. If you decline to spend the money, they tag your record as "refused service" with possible effects on your warranty. While the sales staff is pleasant, it's the service department you are wed to for the duration of your car. I recommend avoiding. More
Really???? I took my cx-5 in for an oil change. The service writer was nice and the work was done fairly fast. Now I live about 90 min away from the dealership, I took my cx-5 in for an oil change. The service writer was nice and the work was done fairly fast. Now I live about 90 min away from the dealership, so when it was done i went to visit family in harriman. When we returned from dinner we noticed there was oil all under the car. Got underneath the car to find out the drain plug was not tightened properly. Thank heaven we didnt drive home and have that rattle open even more. I left a message that night with the dealership. 2 days go by and no call, so i finally call and talk to the service writer he did apologise which is nice, but no offer to make things right. He also promised to call me back after talking to the manager. well it has been 2 weeks and nothing. What crappy customer service. I know my measly oil change money doesnt mean alot to them, but it is an all day thing to go get the oil changed, so i guess i will try bountiful or riverdale from now on. stay away from d dahle!! Older Mazda Problems I was sent to the dealership after my little repair shop couldn't fix the problem I had with my older Mazda. They were super friendly and very willing to help me. I left my car and they shuttled me back to my house and told me they would call with an update in a couple hours. No one ever called. I called back only to find that the service center had just closed and I was not able to get my car back that night. They looked at what was in the computer to tell me what was going on with my car and told me someone would call me back in the morning. They called at 11am and told me they couldn't find the part I needed and there was nothing they could right now but that they would keep looking. I went back and picked up my car and when I got there they told me they had found the part in Idaho and asked if I would like them to order it. Yes of course. a week went by and no part I called and asked about it and they said it hadn't come in yet and to check back in a couple days. I then went on vacation for a week. I called on my way back and they said it still wasn't there. He called the place and someone either forgot to order it or they forgot to send it either way not good business practice. The part arrived 2 days later and they called as soon as it got in and said I could bring it over to get it installed. I did and 45 min later they had that part installed and me on my way. It was a great price and they did get it done quickly (once they got the part) but 2 weeks to get one little part? More

Will never do business with these guys again and also make the recommendation to others to steer clear. I bought a used truck from them and under recommendation of the finance manager and salesman, altho make the recommendation to others to steer clear. I bought a used truck from them and under recommendation of the finance manager and salesman, although I was hesitant to do so, purchased their after-market warranty specifically to cover any issues with the 4WD ($2,200 for a comprehensive 3 year warranty - so not an insignificant amount). I started having issues with the 4WD so I took it in to have it repaired. I was told that the warranty would not cover the issue as the specific part needing replaced was not listed and if I didnt like it to call the warranty company myself. I expressed my displeasure with the situation as I had purchased the warranty through the dealership and hoped they would fight for the me their customer. While the service rep was courteous, he never made any offer other than to fix the part for an additional $700. Poor poor customer service and a lack of integrity and honesty from the finance and sales departments. Will NEVER buy from this dealership again. More
I have received service there more than 2 times and that's why I came back again. I was assisted with great service and Mr. Benz and his service guy drove my car to me since I did not have a ride from that's why I came back again.
