Will never do business with these guys again and also make the recommendation to others to steer clear. I bought a used truck from them and under recommendation of the finance manager and salesman, although I was hesitant to do so, purchased their after-market warranty specifically to cover any issues with the 4WD ($2,200 for a comprehensive 3 year warranty - so not an insignificant amount). I started having issues with the 4WD so I took it in to have it repaired. I was told that the warranty would not cover the issue as the specific part needing replaced was not listed and if I didnt like it to call the warranty company myself. I expressed my displeasure with the situation as I had purchased the warranty through the dealership and hoped they would fight for the me their customer. While the service rep was courteous, he never made any offer other than to fix the part for an additional $700. Poor poor customer service and a lack of integrity and honesty from the finance and sales departments. Will NEVER buy from this dealership again. More
I have received service there more than 2 times and that's why I came back again. I was assisted with great service and Mr. Benz and his service guy drove my car to me since I did not have a ride from that's why I came back again. Finance took about 10 minutes, and he did not try to sell me a bunch of useless stuff. Troy was the sales desk manager and he was very upfront. I got a great discount on a 2014 Mazda CX-5, and they paid very well for my trade in. I would recommend them to anyone local, I know the other dealer in Bountiful offers "free tires for life" but they don't tell you that you have to do every little service with them, like tire rotations, air filters, brake flushs, and they charge rather high premiums for those rather non-premium services. Absolute worst customer service from the General Manager. We had some disagreements with the contract and Richard Benz, the general manager, laughed in our face and told us too bad we had to deal with it. Richard refused to help the situation and instead mocked us, was sarcastic and made fun of us in front of his other employees. It was the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The owner of the company fixed the situation, however, he was in the room with Richard when he was insulting us and did not stop him. I would not recommend going to this place. If we had not signed the contract before this all happened we would have walked away and went to Bountiful Mazda. I recommend Bountiful Mazda any day over these guys. More
