Great Job; Stand Behind their Product I had the timing belt on my 2008 CX7 replaced under warranty last week. The work was done quickly and expertly and the car has never run better. Aggressive Sales Tactics in the Service Department Service Rep was very aggressive. Car is less than a year old and he was pushing for $150 worth of alignment and wheel balancing. Nowhere in the documentation was this mentioned anywhere. If you decline to spend the money, they tag your record as "refused service" with possible effects on your warranty. While the sales staff is pleasant, it's the service department you are wed to for the duration of your car. I recommend avoiding. More

He was standoffish and acted like I wasn't worth his time. I left and returned a few days later and he was a bit better but never seemed interested in anything but the bottom line. We were respected above our expectations until we recieved a call from them telling us our one car owed more than "we said". "We" didn't know how much was owed on the car, THEIR SALESMAN called our bank requesting payoff the night we were there. He got the number and verbally told me it was x. Now the manager was demanding we pay the payoff amount upfront or he was going to sue us. I told him I would be willing to meet halfway because we did owe money, but we went in only looking at one car so we were not prepared to buy this car. I told him it was his employees mistake, not mine. I had no idea what number the bank quotes them, I didn't call nor did he place the call on speaker. Rob refused and again threatened to sue for the difference. We ended up paying the amount, but only because we are the better people. I completely understand the issue but the only thing he was willing to "help us out" was to put us on a payment plan. Would honestly not ever go back after the end experience. Be careful and always ask to hear your payoff balance at the negotiationing table. More
Really???? I took my cx-5 in for an oil change. The service writer was nice and the work was done fairly fast. Now I live about 90 min away from the dealership, I took my cx-5 in for an oil change. The service writer was nice and the work was done fairly fast. Now I live about 90 min away from the dealership, so when it was done i went to visit family in harriman. When we returned from dinner we noticed there was oil all under the car. Got underneath the car to find out the drain plug was not tightened properly. Thank heaven we didnt drive home and have that rattle open even more. I left a message that night with the dealership. 2 days go by and no call, so i finally call and talk to the service writer he did apologise which is nice, but no offer to make things right. He also promised to call me back after talking to the manager. well it has been 2 weeks and nothing. What crappy customer service. I know my measly oil change money doesnt mean alot to them, but it is an all day thing to go get the oil changed, so i guess i will try bountiful or riverdale from now on. stay away from d dahle!! More

Older Mazda Problems I was sent to the dealership after my little repair shop couldn't fix the problem I had with my older Mazda. They were super friendly and very willing I was sent to the dealership after my little repair shop couldn't fix the problem I had with my older Mazda. They were super friendly and very willing to help me. I left my car and they shuttled me back to my house and told me they would call with an update in a couple hours. No one ever called. I called back only to find that the service center had just closed and I was not able to get my car back that night. They looked at what was in the computer to tell me what was going on with my car and told me someone would call me back in the morning. They called at 11am and told me they couldn't find the part I needed and there was nothing they could right now but that they would keep looking. I went back and picked up my car and when I got there they told me they had found the part in Idaho and asked if I would like them to order it. Yes of course. a week went by and no part I called and asked about it and they said it hadn't come in yet and to check back in a couple days. I then went on vacation for a week. I called on my way back and they said it still wasn't there. He called the place and someone either forgot to order it or they forgot to send it either way not good business practice. The part arrived 2 days later and they called as soon as it got in and said I could bring it over to get it installed. I did and 45 min later they had that part installed and me on my way. It was a great price and they did get it done quickly (once they got the part) but 2 weeks to get one little part? More

They will do whatever it takes to get a sale. I do not recommend D Dahle Mazda. They flat out lied to me, I was pregnant and sick and hospitalized two days after buying my car, when I went in to sign the paper work. They would not tell me what my insert rate was. They said that they could not break it down for me. They told me that it was good though and that my payments were reasonable. I was to tired to fight for an answer. After out of the hospital and finally recovered, I found out that my interest rate was ridiculous17 percent. I do not have bad credit and was able to refinance through my bank at 4.5 percent. I wasted so much money. Also they sold me insurance saying that through it I could get an extra key, which I could not (a 500 key). They only gave me one key. We traded in our car, we only had one key on us at the time, but we had two more at home (the remote keys), they told us not to worry about it. So that means they pulled the same scam on the people who bought our car. This was not the salesman that lied, it was the finance department. Every six months ago I get a email how I should rate and give a review for their service. There is a link for if you are giving a good review, and a link for a bad one. I have sent an email in for the bad one, and never received a response. Really there are better places to go. More
