Our first Infiniti purchase and we bought a JX35. How wonderful that they took the time to have all the appropriate paperwork filled out and ready, knowing that we had a three hour drive to get back home after picking up our new vehicle....which, BTW, drove and road WONDERFULLY on the trek home. They helped me into a better situation, offered me Infiniti loyalties, and ensured this was the car I WANTED (not just what would work). After an unpleasant experience at another car dealership searching for a suitable used car, we decided to look around at other dealerships. Although we were a little uncomfortable going into a Infinity dealership because of the high quality of cars they sell and we were not looking at spending even close to that amount of money, I must say we were pleasantly surprised. We showed Keith the car we had seen on the internet and took it for a drive, he made us feel so comfortable in our choice we were not pressured into looking at something we did not want. Sean came in and introduced himself to us and made us feel even more at ease and welcome. Throughout the entire time we were at the dealership, we never felt pressure to do anything we did not want to do and were told every step of the way what was going on. Hyrum was great with me. Afterwards he went over the car w/me and made sure I was comfortable w/the controls; informing me I could contact him if needed w/any questions. I know he will follow up Angela made all of the signing simple and in as a short amount of time as possible. She was professional and relaxed. She explained all of the paper work having it all organized. I feel the price of the car was a great offer on purchasing vs. leasing. My husband and I ran the numbers both ways. Neither on of us felt pressured to buy or lease from Hyrum or the staff at Tim Dahle Infiniti. Overall Tim Dahle Infiniti gave me a wonderful experience buying the car. We finally found something I wanted to buy but it was late on a Saturday night so I said I would come in the next week but didn't get back in until Wednesday due to travel and when I called Mark I found the car had sold. I found a very similar car the next week on another lot and made the purchase and I really felt bad that Mark didn't get the sale. I have already bought parts from this dealer for my new used car and will take it for service there as a commitment to them. They are great and Mark was exceptional. More
