I was looking for a new SUV to replace my previous car. After a thorough search and a few test drives of some comparable vehicles, I decided on the Ford Edge. I then began looking for the best price, and Tim Dahle Ford had the most selection and competitive pricing. After making an appointment, and a 3 hour drive, I was able to test drive the car and it was perfect. Taylor, Jori, Jordan and Steve were fantastic to work with, and they did everything they could to make this a mutually beneficial experience. Can't say enough good things about those who helped me with this transaction and Tim Dahle Ford. More

Completely Dishonest Pricing We researched the used vehicle online, which was listed for $2,768.00, then drove 45 minutes to this dealership and were prepared to pay cash. We ende We researched the used vehicle online, which was listed for $2,768.00, then drove 45 minutes to this dealership and were prepared to pay cash. We ended up waiting for the paperwork for 2.5 hours after test driving the vehicle. Then they brought out a purchase document with a bottom-line price of $5,100 to purchase the vehicle. Told us they make their money on kick-backs from lenders for financing, so their policy is to boost the price by $1,000 anytime someone pays cash instead of financing. Had about 5 fees in the price, the lowest of which was $299. Blamed us for believing the online price when we told them this was false advertising! We did not buy the vehicle. (Also, most of the employees were dressed like slobs, and the guy who presented the price was speaking to us through a gross lip full of chew.) More
