Tim Dahle was amazing. Ben was friendly and hospitable from the beginning to the end of our search for a new car and helped us find an excellent deal. And when the main car we wanted to look at was still being prepped in the shop, Bryson went out of his way to bring it to our house the next day for a test drive. All the reps showed very genuine care while assisting us. Even in the dealership, everybody was so kind, and there were always snacks and drinks on hand. They were respectful to our needs, treated us so well, and gave us an exceptional deal on our new family car. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a friendly dealership with awesome service. More

The salesperson said it had been in a minor fender bender in the back and it had been fixed. The airbags didn't deploy. The airbag light was on. The salesperson wasn't going to tell me that until my wife asked about it when she seen in on the Carfax. I didn't notice the airbag light was on when I test drove it. I took it to two auto body shops. The car has had major frame damage, exhaust system and faulty airbags. The car should of been totaled. $12,000-$20,000 damage. If there was still an inspection in the state of Utah this car will not pass. I contacted the salesperson to see if they would take the car back or give some of my money back. They will not work with you. I'm stuck with a car that isn't safe to be on the road. More

I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership! I was promised the vehicle I came down to test drive had the features I was looking for and it did not. That was my first waste of time. Dumb on my part. The next vehicle was one the sales manager had been driving. I was told the vehicle had 500 miles on it, NO, it had 3200. Not only that, it had so many scratches on it from the sales manager taking it off-roading it looked beat to heck. None of this was mentioned to me. Then they were shocked when I pointed it out. Never buy from them! More
Please do not go to this dealership, They don’t stand behind their work. They are the most dishonest group I’ve ever dealt with. Chris is the service manager there and he is not a trustworthy person at a behind their work. They are the most dishonest group I’ve ever dealt with. Chris is the service manager there and he is not a trustworthy person at all! Ben is his boss and he never will return calls or makes anyone responsible for the work they do there. I had my truck there three different times the first time they kept my vehicle for a month and the repair was supposed to take a day. I now have more damage to my truck then when I first went in because the person that worked on it had no idea what he was doing and it’s going to cost three times the amount of money then when I first came in and Ben told me to come get my truck and they weren’t reasonable for any damage! I had to tow the truck up on a flat bed … it is not drivable. Please don’t go here they are so dishonest. More

Horrible service department experience! !! · Charged surprise fees (dishonest communication) · Wouldn’t call back, unable to contact · BBB Rating of “F” 1.67 of 5 stars. (Checked on 11/ !! · Charged surprise fees (dishonest communication) · Wouldn’t call back, unable to contact · BBB Rating of “F” 1.67 of 5 stars. (Checked on 11/21/2022) · DIDN'T REPAIR THE CAR! We bought our car here and had been happy with it until it wouldn't start. I called the service department and spoke with Jon, who looked up our account and we had the worry-free maintenanp plan, so they could do a free tow, do a diagnostic to figure out the problem. They towed the car in on a Tuesday. I called Wednesday hoping for an update. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on, and then when I called back, I was told no one was available to speak to me. They never called back, so I called again a couple of times on Thursday, and each time no one was available to speak with me. Thursday evening Chris called to say that they finally had been able to look at the car, and he sent over a quote. The quote said the problem was that we needed a new battery, and they wanted a crazy high price to drop in the new battery. I said no, and that if the battery was the only problem, we'd just pick one up and come drop it in ourselves. Chris told me that we could do that, but if they didn't do the work for us, that they then would have to charge us the diagnostic fee, which was around $183. I clarified that if we brought in our own battery and had them install it, that we wouldn't have to pay the diagnostic fee, and that we would only pay for the labor, which would be less than $183. Chris said yes, he would only charge us for the labor. I verbally agreed to this, but Chris never sent over a new estimate showing the charges, and I never signed anything. I trusted that when he said he would only charge us for the labor, that this is what he meant. First thing Friday morning my husband took them the battery that we bought. He dropped it off with some men at the service department and told them what it was for. An hour later Chris called, asking if we were going to be bringing in a battery, and when we told him we already had, he asked us where we had left it, so we told him we had left it with the other guys there and had explained what it was for. THEY LOST OUR BATTERY!?!! I called back in a few hours later to see if they had found it, but of course Chris was unavailable again and never called me back. At this point we were very frustrated at having gone so many days without our car with so little communication. Finally, Friday night someone named Dakota called to let us know that our car was finished. I asked him for the total cost, and he said $333.33. I explained to him that this isn't what me and Chris agreed upon, and explained the story, but since Dakota isn't a manager, he couldn't help us, and we had to wait until Monday to get everything straightened out. I called again Monday morning asking for Chris, and of course he was not available to speak to me. We gave up on phone communication and drove in that afternoon. When we were finally able to speak to Chris face-to-face, he told me that he never said I didn't have to pay the diagnostic fee, denied everything. He lied to our faces and wouldn't hold up to what he told us over the phone. He even had the audacity to tell us that he had waived the "tow fee" for us, the one Jon had told me was free almost a week before. We finally just gave in and paid the money, determined to get it back later through small claims court or some other way. THE CAR WOULDN'T START! The new battery had been installed, but they hadn't looked further for other problems. Chris wanted to look at the car to see why it wouldn't start, but at this point we demanded a full refund, which he thankfully gave. We had to jump start our own car in their paying lot after they "fixed" it, and take it to a place that we trust to actually fix the problem. Don't ever bring your car here unless you like to waste lots of time, be lied to about prices (when they finally will communicate with you at all), and have surprise fees thrown at you. We will certainly never be back. More
When you buy a car at Tim Dahle Ford, expect them to slap on an additional $1600 “up-and-running” fee at the very end. This is something “all of their vehicles are put through” to ensure you’re leaving their on an additional $1600 “up-and-running” fee at the very end. This is something “all of their vehicles are put through” to ensure you’re leaving their lot with a “safe” vehicle… This is a fee that, according to my sales rep, Carlos, is added to every vehicle, but for some reason, they don’t just include it in the sticker price? Weird! Anyway, I negotiate the fee to half of the $1600 initially suggested… I drive my car off the lot and notice a strange clunking sound in the left rear, almost like a bolt is loose. I take my car into a mechanic to have it looked at (because this car is used and came without a warranty from the dealership.) Apparently, part of Tim Dahle Ford’s “up and running” service included a VERY shoddy brakes installation. Per the mechanic’s notes: “Left rear caliper slide bolts missing.” He would not let me drive my car from the shop until this was fixed, because I ran the risk of losing complete functionality of my brakes at ANY MOMENT. The mechanic attempted contacting Tim Dahle Ford for the parts needed to repair their hazardous installation, but they were unable to help. I then contacted my sales rep, Carlos, to give them the opportunity to make this extremely concerning and dangerous situation right by simply paying the $165 bill to repair their shop’s VERY hazardous install that could have ultimately led to a horrible car accident, endangering myself and the general public, and a possible lawsuit against them if I or anyone else had sustained any injuries or worse, resulting from this hazardous brakes install. They decided to ignore me instead of attempting to make anything right. Who knows how many shoddy brake installations are leaving Tim Dahle Ford’s shop. For the safety of yourself and others, I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. And I definitely don’t recommend taking your car to their shop for repair…. More
Been working with Tim Dahle Ford for over a year now trying to get my transmission repaired. TCM went out in Sept of 2021 and couldnt get the parts until Dec of 2021. That part failed in July of 2022, trying to get my transmission repaired. TCM went out in Sept of 2021 and couldnt get the parts until Dec of 2021. That part failed in July of 2022, after I paid almost 2500.00 6 months prior. It is now mid November and I'm still without a car and no replacement part in sight. I do think I need a refund on the original repair that failed. More
