This dealership will run all of your information to give you a loan, tell you a certain vehicle is available, and then less than 24 unfriendly staff. This dealership will run all of your information to give you a loan, tell you a certain vehicle is available, and then less than 24 hours later tell you the vehicle WASNT avaliable in the first place and was sold right from under you after your loan process was already ran. Doing business here will be a waste of your time, there are much more ethical and better dealerships and used car lots in the East Tennessee area. More
