My 2024 Sierra 1500 has and issue with the sound intermittently not working; I had a different dealership service department look at my truck on three different occasions, they insisted it was a sof intermittently not working; I had a different dealership service department look at my truck on three different occasions, they insisted it was a software update. After repeatedly telling them it was deeper issue, they stopped communicating with me, and on that rare time they did, they were simply rude! I proceeded to take my truck to Tillery GMC in Los Lunas, I spoke with Rudy and he assured me he would find and correct the issue. He also stated that it may not be an overnight fix, so for me to be patient. Soon after I met and spoke with Fred who was also looking into the situation. After a few attempts, the issue was in fact discovered AND fixed. Throughout the entire process, both gentlemen were in constant communication with me, they kept me updated on the progress and possible timeline for a fix. The day my truck was ready, I was running late from work, Rudy stayed after closing hours to ensure I was able to pick up my truck, and he explained and went over all the work done. The staff at the Tillery Dealership Service Center in Los Lunas, particularly Rudy and Fred are two of the most professional and courteous people in the industry; I highly recommend taking your vehicle's to them if in need of highly skilled folks. I tecently took my vehicle to the service department as i was having what I thought was a problem with the transmission and also to have the steering wheel centered and approved a front end alignment after 7 was having what I thought was a problem with the transmission and also to have the steering wheel centered and approved a front end alignment after 7 days there was informed that this was normal and that there was a service bulletin describing the problem which i am now satisfied with answer but cannot understand why they took so long to figure out the problem when all that was needed was for the mechanic to drive it So when i picked vehicle and drove it the steering wheel is still off center and now drifts to the left which was not happening before the alignment si returned to the service department and explained to the service writer what was happening and right gave me the excuse that wad the the uneven roads and also cause roads wet but he stated that it needed to rechecked and than came the same story I hear that ate so busy and short handed it would best to take it the following Wednesday or Thursday More

Bought a 2015 Kia Sedona haven't had it 6months and had multiple issues spent over $1000 on mechanical issues I called and they said there's nothing they can do they couldn't even get me in to check the is multiple issues spent over $1000 on mechanical issues I called and they said there's nothing they can do they couldn't even get me in to check the issue they said there's a 3 month wait now I'm stuck with a lemon I highly suggest not going threw Tillery. I’ve always been very happy with the service on my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer here at Tillery GMC. Rudy is always very helpful and gets it in and out of the shop and back to me as good as new! I wouldn’t take Chevy Trailblazer here at Tillery GMC. Rudy is always very helpful and gets it in and out of the shop and back to me as good as new!
