I was not disappointed by Gerry at all. I felt just a little disappointed in the mechanics who inspected the car missing a few key things that were important. Tillary fixed a safety issue after I drove off and a day later the nerve wracking “check engine” light went on. But they diagnosed it at Tillary as a hole in the air intake tubing. They fixed that. Be sure to bring someone to view the cars you buy really from any dealership because they do miss things. The hole in the side mirror that had tape on it should have been noted in the check list but it wasn’t because it was covered by tape. They didn’t fix that. But above all was Gerry who tried his best to help me with as many issues as he could for me. My mechanic found about 300.00 worth of issues that they missed—primarily oil leaks. I am in the process of fixing them but it would have been nicer if they would have either pointed them out or fixed them before I bought the carsibce we discovered them for them. More
