When we had to leave and come back, Donna and Jason were both very accommodating. I think they even stayed late to meet us on our schedule. There I met Donna, my salesperson who matched me up with just what I needed. I told her my budget, wants and needs, and she found what I needed on the lot. No BS, no high pressure, no long wait times. Donna was so courteous and professional. Made the deal, talked with Jason the finance manager, he showed me the terms from several different banks and credit unions and I got to pick what worked for me. In and out in less than 2 1/2 hours. I had my car and now a new to me truck at the same place. Donna went out of her way and drove my other car back to Albuquerque, while I drove the new one back. I was very pleased with the whole experience! More

The next day we receive a call from Dave Spiers saying he found us the vehicle we wanted and sure enough he was able to get us into the Acadia we wanted. Purchased used minivan I went to Tillery because they had the make and model minivan I was looking for, listed on autotrader. Donna was very helpful over the phone and even I went to Tillery because they had the make and model minivan I was looking for, listed on autotrader. Donna was very helpful over the phone and even drove the minivan to Albuquerque so my wife and I could test drive it. She was kind, attentive to questions, and helpful. They were unable or unwilling to make a decent offer on our trade in, but we were able to agree on a decent price in the lower third of fair market value range, so we opted not to trade in. During the negotiations, Donna used a tactic that I did not appreciate, which was to feign not understanding what I meant when I negotiated the “out the door” price. She kept trying to add TTL to that price. It was frustrating to have to repeatedly explain that I meant to negotiate the final price, knowing she had to have already known what I meant. We purchased the van, and as soon as we got home an noticed the power lock on one side was broken. So we notified the dealership, and they took the van back, ordered the new part, and fixed it free of charge. While having to wait a week for it was unfortunate, I was very pleased with the customer service and how quickly they agreed to fix it without charging me. Overall, I never expected to enjoy the negotiation part of the process, but outside of that it was a very pleasant experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them for future purchases, assuming they have a vehicle I want. More
