Bad experience and missing accessories on my car I purchased a 2015 Q5 TDI from this dealership, my salesman is danny Lew, the owner, at first everything was going smoothly, then the problems happen. I purchased a 2015 Q5 TDI from this dealership, my salesman is danny Lew, the owner, at first everything was going smoothly, then the problems happen. When you sign the paperwork, make sure you get every copy of the papers you sign, they didn't give me a copy listing the price of the base vehicle, tax amount and interest on the loan. All they gave me is a copy of the total price of the vehicle. My vehicle is also missing some accessories I ordered. When I asked them, they claim it doesn't come with them. When I show them a order guide, they told me they will have to order it for me. That didn't happen. So make sure to check your car for everything you ordered. Financing was also a nightmare. They claim to have processed my paperwork, but the finance company doesn't have any information on the car or me. It took them, on my payment due date to get it processed and sorted out. I was afraid it would hurt my credit, after numerous calls. It was finally fixed on the my due date. The price is alright, not great. They claim to offer you incentive, but its not incentives, they just increase the price on the vehicle. I ended up paying more on the agree price. Be careful. More
