And this last time Only took David about an hour. I do all of my service at Tidelands as well and I have been treated wonderful. More

Almost from the start, I complained about the suspension on the car to be told it was normal. I took the car in for my free oil change and they would not give me my keys until I paid for it! It was to be free! After getting my salesperson involved, who involved the owner, they said it was a computer mix-up. WHAT! Then the suspension problems were addressed again only to be told everything was normal. After complaining loudly, they took the car in and rotated and balanced the tires to reveal that the rear tires were flat spotted. That issue was never dealt with. After many more complaints ending with the rear tires completely shot, they still refused to address the problem and then told to replace the tires and they would see if the problem was still there! The tires were not the problem. This should all be warranty issues covered under bumper to bumper coverage. Called Lincoln to complain and they were helpful, so I thought. I was told they would contact the dealership. This was over a month ago and still have not heard from either the dealership or Lincoln. I will never deal with this dealership again. More

They told me the only fix for this was to disengage the battery let it sit for five minutes and then re-hook up . I called Ford today and found out there's been a fix all along they were lazy and did not want to do it so I am taking my car to Conway ford where they've treated me a lot better than Tidelands did. I will never purchase another car from them or give them a good recommendation. The service department I found unprofessional throwing stuff at each other when I walked in. More

I live 3 hours away and was not sure that I could make it home so I called Tidelands on a Friday morning and was informed that I could come by but they didn't have time to look at it. I explained that I lived 3 hours away and had a wife and 3 kids with me and I COULD NOT take a chance of broken down on the side is the road. I begged for someone to at least check the code to see if it had to be repaired immediately. The service man told me to call Beach Ford. So, I will be moving to this area in a year or so and have just taken these xxxxxxxx off of my list. As a business owner who owns 15 service vehicles, I may take Ford off my list with dealers like this. More

He left the dealership sometime afterwards and I really don't know what happened, but as far as the service and help, given by the present staff at Tidelands it is not worth saying. I took my car in for service and problems being encountered with my vehicle and I was told nothing could be done because rain was causing the computer to go crazy. I said then there must be a leak somewhere in the system and the service manager just laughed. Never did get it taken care of either. Then I tried to get help with the GPS and again no HELP. Then 2 weeks after having my vehicle serviced the battery had to be replaced because the terminals were corroded so bad the battery had to be replaced. Luckily my wife was home when this occurred or she could have been stranded somewhere. Wish you luck if you deal with Tidelands Ford... More

And for added.... low prices and no pressure sales personal. The quick lane manager , Jason unbelievable takes time to explain not push to sell.
