Awesome experience once again I went to Tideland’s this morning to meet with my favorite salesperson Dave Clayton to see if a f150 was really something I wanted to buy. Well he and the f150 King Ranch had me at the step rail getting in and out of vehicle easily. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP from the service department to the finance department. I truly look forward to coming here as no pressure sales, they do whatever possible to make you happy and continue to keep you happy, and just the love they show their clients. My salesman Dave Clayton can’t say enough about him - love him. John David well there’s nothing better than to see him and his smiling face, and today I may and signed papers with Mark in finance. 4 stars coulda easily been 5 I had been looking for the perfect car for some time but could not find it locally so I took to searching online. I found it but it was up in South C I had been looking for the perfect car for some time but could not find it locally so I took to searching online. I found it but it was up in South Carolina. The car was used so I needed to depend heavily on the dealers credibility. They have great ratings. So with that and the car had very few miles I decided I would try and buy a car online. Here is where they lose the star. No ability to complete paperwork online. This delayed the purchase. I do give them kudos for working with what they had. But in this day and age its time to get a real internet department. The only other issue was that my salesperson was not very responsive. All that said, the most important thing out of this is that the car turned out to be as good as the dealers reputation. More
