Tend to drop the ball Very pleasant sales experience. After that it has been less so. Two "we owe" items from the purchase were never forwarded to the parts/service dept. Very pleasant sales experience. After that it has been less so. Two "we owe" items from the purchase were never forwarded to the parts/service dept. After a visit with our sales person, we got that going and made an appointment this AM to have them installed. Something told me to have the service writer check to make sure the correct items were to be installed. Well, they got it half right. Had I not checked, one wrong item would have been installed and I would have been very unhappy. As it is, another visit will be required to install the actual item that was ordered. Surprised that no part numbers were associated with the "we owe" paperwork. More

Had two very nice sale man to take care of us☺ Benson and I started over Cargaru. And then I stopped by and drove the Edge. Benson got sales started and John took care of us, the day we came to pick Edge up. They were both, great and very manner able and friendly. James bought car but I am the one that will be driving it. Benson did his best and got us a great deal. John was very helpful and patient with all my questions on how evything worked and he was very knowledgeable on the Edge.
