Tend to drop the ball Very pleasant sales experience. After that it has been less so. Two "we owe" items from the purchase were never forwarded to the parts/service dept. After a visit with our sales person, we got that going and made an appointment this AM to have them installed. Something told me to have the service writer check to make sure the correct items were to be installed. Well, they got it half right. Had I not checked, one wrong item would have been installed and I would have been very unhappy. As it is, another visit will be required to install the actual item that was ordered. Surprised that no part numbers were associated with the "we owe" paperwork. More
