Poor communications Vehicle was left on New Year’s Day for dead battery and for Tidelands to complete passenger side heated/cooled seat repairs started a week earlier. No Vehicle was left on New Year’s Day for dead battery and for Tidelands to complete passenger side heated/cooled seat repairs started a week earlier. Nothing was heard from dealer on Thursday, Friday or Saturday until I called Saturday at 11:30am. After several calls to service were the phone rang 50 times, we were informed nothing had been done only vehicle hooked to charger. On Monday I was assured by customer service and the service manager I would be called on Tuesday with vehicle status. At 6 minutes to 5 pm I got an email the car was done. More
