One of the best new car dealers I have ever dealt with. I was looking for a 2020 Ford Raptor and saw that they had what I was looking for on their lot. I emailed them and immediately received a response fro I was looking for a 2020 Ford Raptor and saw that they had what I was looking for on their lot. I emailed them and immediately received a response from the internet manager who invited me to make an appointment to come see the truck. I arrived for my appointment and was met by the internet manager who introduced me to my salesman, Coty Rice. Coty took me out to show me the truck and offer a test ride, everything went fine and we negotiated a very fair price on the Raptor which is usually sold @ msrp or above. The finance manager was fantastic and found me the best interest rate I have seen and he didn't try the hard sell on warranty packages. I was unable to take delivery that day but the truck was ready the next day and I returned and was given a thorough demonstration of all the features of the truck. I am a habitual new car buyer, usually once a year or every other year and I have dealt with dozens of car dealers in multiple states and Tidelands was one of the best I have ever dealt with. More
