Did not realize that this dealership is as unscrupulous as it is. Have purchased from them in the past with no problem. However, we just purchased A 2019 Ford expedition and was told that it was a one own as it is. Have purchased from them in the past with no problem. However, we just purchased A 2019 Ford expedition and was told that it was a one owner with a clean Carfax. Furthermore, we were told that it was a certified preowned and that it had undergone a 175 point inspection. The day after we purchased it we realized that the passenger door handles were not working. That led to the discovery that the entire right side of the vehicle has been painted. So....points to be made: 1) You’re telling me that as a professional car buyer you purchased this vehicle or took it in on trade and did not know the whole side of the vehicle had been painted? 2) this vehicle supposedly went through your service department for 175 point Inspection with your “experts” yet they did not find that the passenger door handles were not working and did not notice that the car had been painted? Not only do I find that hard to believe but so does my attorney. I do not believe they ever did the 175 point inspection. Their response to me when I asked what they were going to do about it… “Nothing“!… I gave them three options, very fair options… Still their response was “nothing“ and will not return phone calls and communication. As if the problem is just going to go away. Newsflash, it’s not! Do not ever buy a car from this place. They do not stand behind their products and they are misleading. More
We had previously looked at two other dealerships before stopping at Tidelands Ford. We were pleasantly surprised at how we were treated. Tyler listened to what type of used car we wanted and the TOP pr stopping at Tidelands Ford. We were pleasantly surprised at how we were treated. Tyler listened to what type of used car we wanted and the TOP price that we would pay. He immediately had 3-4 options for us to choose. We settled on a used Ford Escape with 25,000 miles and got a great finance deal through Wells Fargo. We left the dealership as happy customers and would recommend that you contact Tyler should you be looking for a new or used car. More

Had a great salesman in Dave. Dealer prep left a lot to be desired. Windshield washer container was empty and rear tire had a nail in it needing me to come back to have the tire replaced. Manual with 555 pages was a lot to absorb but needed given all of the car's features. Had some problems with the pictures in manual matching up with the actual views seen in person. Have not driven car enough to offer opinions about the car's handling. More

Bunch of crooks, make sure you have the proper keys for you car or they will try and sell them to you. I will never do business there again!!! Spoke with the GM and he said they could have worked the keys you car or they will try and sell them to you. I will never do business there again!!!
