Chuck and his staff at Quick Lane are the best. Wed I was in for service at 80,000 MI and then today for a noise problem. But after some exhaustive work, they were able to trace the problem to some rust was in for service at 80,000 MI and then today for a noise problem. Did not realize that this dealership is as unscrupulous as it is. Have purchased from them in the past with no problem. However, we just purchased A 2019 Ford expedition and was told that it was a one own as it is. Have purchased from them in the past with no problem. However, we just purchased A 2019 Ford expedition and was told that it was a one owner with a clean Carfax. Furthermore, we were told that it was a certified preowned and that it had undergone a 175 point inspection. The day after we purchased it we realized that the passenger door handles were not working. That led to the discovery that the entire right side of the vehicle has been painted. So....points to be made: 1) You’re telling me that as a professional car buyer you purchased this vehicle or took it in on trade and did not know the whole side of the vehicle had been painted? 2) this vehicle supposedly went through your service department for 175 point Inspection with your “experts” yet they did not find that the passenger door handles were not working and did not notice that the car had been painted? Not only do I find that hard to believe but so does my attorney. I do not believe they ever did the 175 point inspection. Their response to me when I asked what they were going to do about it… “Nothing“!… I gave them three options, very fair options… Still their response was “nothing“ and will not return phone calls and communication. As if the problem is just going to go away. Newsflash, it’s not! Do not ever buy a car from this place. They do not stand behind their products and they are misleading. More
