I bought a 2017 Titan xd online from dealership and worked with one of the salesman and asked for pictures of damage to the truck and was sent several pictures and the main damage was rock chips on the worked with one of the salesman and asked for pictures of damage to the truck and was sent several pictures and the main damage was rock chips on the grille and a dent in the front fender. No tears in the seat etc, I bought the truck online and they delivered it, it was a good experience on the service and financing but once the truck was delivered I found the damage to the back of the cab that is all the way thru the paint showing bare metal and rusting that wasn't visible in any pictures (they were always lower than the damage so the bed would cover it) and also the tear in the seat that the pictures were high enough so it wasn't visible. They list it had the oil change and air filter inspected and new brakes and the filter is nasty and the filter box was covered in leaves so no respectable service center would pull the filter and not clean the box out. I recommendation is not to buy unless you can physically go and inspect the vehicle and check fluids and filters. Contacted the dealership about the damage and they say they didn't see it. Again don't purchase unless you can physically inspect the vehicle. Everyone was nice the deal went thru fine but representation of the damage and lack of trying to make it right is what the bad review is based on. More

Contacted Tidelands Ford Lincoln concerning a vehicle that they had in their new vehicle inventory and confirmed that the vehicle was available for sale. I was ready to purchase the vehicle and was willi that they had in their new vehicle inventory and confirmed that the vehicle was available for sale. I was ready to purchase the vehicle and was willing to come from quite a distance away to pick it up. As soon as I mentioned that I wanted to use X-plan pricing, I was informed that they wouldn't sell the vehicle under this pricing plan. While I understand it's up to each dealer as to whether they accept X-plan, it's extremely disappointing that they treat people that are supposed to be Friends & Family of Ford worse than they would treat someone off the street. Not a way to do business. Beware of this dealer's business practices. More
