My experience buying my vehicle started off well—the process was quick, and everyone was friendly. I worked with Hailey, who was really sweet. But after the purchase, things took a frustrating turn. I was promised a second key that would be mailed to me in a few days, but it’s now been months, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out repeatedly to both Hailey, the sales associate, and John, the sales manager, and even gave John additional time after he assured me he’d call back in a week. Unfortunately, he never did. I’ve been patient and made every effort to resolve this, but I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of follow-through. I am still waiting for my second key. Sadly, I can’t recommend this dealership after this experience. More
