What a TERRIBLE experience, to put it nicely. I am even disappointed I have to give them one star. My husband purchased a vehicle here last July. The check engine light has been off and on since I am even disappointed I have to give them one star. My husband purchased a vehicle here last July. The check engine light has been off and on since we purchased the vehicle. There have been issues with the vehicle since day one. He made Ticket To Ride aware. Two mechanics even drove his car before turning off the check engine light and doing zero work and sending us and our son home in a dangerous SUV. He paid $250.00 bi-weekly and never missed a payment. The only reason we went here was to repair his credit. He makes more money than every employee who works here. Sadly, the water pump and engine need substantial work. Quoted at 16.5 hours of labor and thousands in parts. Again, another garage had to diagnose my husband’s vehicle since no one at Ticket To Ride bothered to even look or ever call back!!!!!! He had to drive there twice!!! He had to take the vehicle to another garage because they could never fit him in when our car was still under warranty, what a coincidence. So, then we meet with Jeff. Jeff might be the rudest customer service employee I have ever spoken with. Who implied we did not take care of our vehicle!!!!!! Jeff implied that we did not bring our car to their garage. Jeff was condescending. Jeff behaved in a way where he did not want our business. He did not offer any sort of apology. He was less than empathetic and smirking and almost laughing at us. He also kept referring to how this is not my vehicle and addressing my husband. (He seems to not like women or his wife very much). Jeff- how do you sleep at night after selling people 600 lemons a year and take their money and then laugh at them? You are in the wrong business. You should go stock shelves somewhere over night. Also, feel free to respond to my husband even though I am writing this. I highly doubt they will sell his the Black 2013 Ford Edge at Auction SO PLEASE BE WARE!!!!!! DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!!!! If you want the vin number, feel free to reach out. Ticket to ride are crooks. They take broken down cars and band aid them and steal your money and laugh at you. While your car is under warranty they will not have time to fix it. Luckily, we have a good attorney and plenty of documentation to expose Ticket To Ride for who they are so no other good humans doing the right thing have this happen to them. More
