Dealership told me the issue with my jeep wasnt the battery .they replaced the cables instead and charged me over $200. problem with slow start continued. I bought and replaced battery myself. Kept getting back and fourth. They didn’t have the lender (although they informed me they would have it). One of the advisors asked me to stay that it shouldn’t take long to do an update on it (hoping that that was the issue), waited over an hour and a half for them to tell me they don’t know what’s wrong and I’d have to come back another day. The second advice scheduled me for a Tuesday purposely so that he could call me on Monday to confirm if they had a loaner, I didn’t receive a call from anyone and it’s now Thursday. Awful customer service. Prior to all of this- I called and spoke with an advisor and voiced my concerns with the vehicle, he also said he was going to call me back and never did. Run around, nothing but back and fourth. More
