Kept getting back and fourth. Took my car at 8am to get serviced for the appoint at 10am (I was only going to drop it off and get the rental and leave) then turns out they didn’t Took my car at 8am to get serviced for the appoint at 10am (I was only going to drop it off and get the rental and leave) then turns out they didn’t know what was wrong with it. They didn’t have the lender (although they informed me they would have it). One of the advisors asked me to stay that it shouldn’t take long to do an update on it (hoping that that was the issue), waited over an hour and a half for them to tell me they don’t know what’s wrong and I’d have to come back another day. The second advice scheduled me for a Tuesday purposely so that he could call me on Monday to confirm if they had a loaner, I didn’t receive a call from anyone and it’s now Thursday. Awful customer service. Prior to all of this- I called and spoke with an advisor and voiced my concerns with the vehicle, he also said he was going to call me back and never did. Run around, nothing but back and fourth. More

Communication is absolutely horrible. They were only suppose to keep my vehicle for the day to put a new seatbelt fastener in which had to be ordered so this was the second appointment. They were only suppose to keep my vehicle for the day to put a new seatbelt fastener in which had to be ordered so this was the second appointment. They kept the vehicle over night and did not return any of my calls to get a status on my car. The next morning I tried again and left a message, which was not returned. I then called a spoke to the new car sales manager and he said he would check on the status of my car. A short time later I received a call from the service department advising my vehicle would be done by 6 pm. The service department here is a joke and I will not use them again. This is the third time I have had a problem with them. I thought they would improve, that is not the case. Avoid this service department and go else where! More
