Thunder Chrysler Dodge Ram - Service Center

I dropped of my vehicle for an oil change on Thursday and I never was notified my vehicle was ready. The following day, I called multiple times to speak to the service department and nobody ever picked up. I I never was notified my vehicle was ready. I then called to speak to another department of the dealership and after stating that I had attempted to get a hold of the service department all they did as transfer me over to the service department, which was frustrating. I had to drive to the dealership to get an answer. The only positive was that my vehicle was ready and the gentleman that helped me allowed me to take my vehicle with free of charge. More

Made an appointment for oil change and engine light on. Never received a call that day I called at 4 o’clock service lady said she would check and call back, never did. I called again and was told it could take 24 to 48 hours to diagnostic???? Never was told that. Picked up the car charged $163 to tell me had some emission issue. Never put a new oil sticker on. Just a real crap show. I have been bringing my car here but will now go somewhere else. More

Dealership told me the issue with my jeep wasnt the battery .they replaced the cables instead and charged me over $200. problem with slow start continued. I bought and replaced battery myself. Also dealership told me I had another year of battery warrenty. I checked the date later on battery which had march 2024 expiration date. I took jeep in August 2024 More
