I just got back. I asked for a total inspection because I have a forever warranty. I need to make sure my warranty will always be honored. Arsenio is the service manager and he took care of me. I wish that I could give the service department of this place a -5 star review but unfortunately that is just not an option. I took my truck there with a diagnosis from two places as well as a service bull place a -5 star review but unfortunately that is just not an option. My so called service advisor made promise after promise and I’ve completely lost track of his excuse log for why my vehicle still isn’t done after them having it for going on a week for an hour fix. The ABSOLUTE worst service I’ve ever had or experienced from any dealership. Don’t be a fool like me and take your Dodge product to Thunder, take it to Lakeland Dodge. They’re far more honest and efficient than this place. Worst of all, whenever you call to speak to any kind of manager they’re all coincidentally off every day. What a complete JOKE this place is! I am 85. I have been driving to Thunder Chrysler twice a year for more than five years. I will always make the drive, pay the extra for dealership charges because they make sure to treat me and my beloved year for more than five years. This time Angie took care of us and me, my little four legged Kyra, (who has to visit all her friends there), and my wonderful car we’re very happy to have been treated like we were all special. Robert Maxwell was a wonderful salesman. Other than that the entire process was a nightmare. Took a week for the leather seats after the arrival. Took another week for the paint and body work that was not the entire process was a nightmare. Took a week for the leather seats after the arrival. Took another week for the paint and body work that was not done. Buffing the front bumper was the only thing that was attempted. Looks terrible. The painter said he needed another week to mix the paint and take the entire bumper out. Meanwhile, I decided to trade for synthetic oil changes instead of destroying the brand new vehicle. The Dodge Challenger was dirty and wet. I have to dry it off with my own towels. When I got home, I wash the car. I noticed a small dent on the hood. It can only be seen when the vehicle was in the shade. I called the dealership. I was told that it could have been me that caused the damage. The dealership was not responsible for the Small Dent. Almost a month of headache. Each day was a lie. Paid $200 a month for auto insurance that never been driven. Only driven home and back to the dealership. I would appreciate if the owner could investigate the situation. The entire process was xxxx. Please help me. More
These people are so amazing. While I waited for my car to be serviced I chatted with a woman who regularly drives all the way from Sarasota to get her car serviced (that's at least 78 miles) because she to be serviced I chatted with a woman who regularly drives all the way from Sarasota to get her car serviced (that's at least 78 miles) because she found, like I did, that the service was superior to all who she encountered. I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR SIX MONTHS, KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND WENT IMMEDIATELY TO THIS DEALERSHI I FOUND MY CAR ON THE WEB ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO. I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR SIX MONTHS, KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND WENT IMMEDIATELY TO THIS DEALERSHIP, ANNOUNCING AS I ARRIVED, "YOU HAVE A CAR I WANT TO BUY". THE CONTINUING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP HAS MADE ME RETURN, FOR EVEN MINOR THINGS LIKE AN OIL CHANGE, EVERY TIME. I AM CAR DEALER SKITTISH, HAVE BEEN EXPLOITED NUMEROUS TIMES. Warranty Originally took my Dodge Dually tooTom Edwards in Bartow for a warning light problem but told by the factory Tom Edwards dealership would not be able Originally took my Dodge Dually tooTom Edwards in Bartow for a warning light problem but told by the factory Tom Edwards dealership would not be able to repair my truck for some ridiculous reason so they gave me an option to take it to Lakeland Dodge against my better judgement after wasting a day at that dealership my truck wasn't fixed I waited a week and took it back to Tom Edwards at that time they were able to do the warranty work I took it in Wednesday and I got my truck back Thursday so I have nothing but good things to say about Tom Edwards dealership and his employee Matt in the service department and Chris the service department manager these are the kind of people a man wants to deal with someone that's honest and can stand behind their work so once again thank you.Gary Blankenship More
