They checked the Van for the noise and they told me they didn’t find anything but the noise still there. Also, when I got the van on this same dealership I hey sold me the extended warranty and didn’t show didn’t find anything but the noise still there. Service righter communication is very poor. Vehicle issue was not resolved before they asked me about an unrelated repair( which I would not have spent the additional $1000) if I had known my o Vehicle issue was not resolved before they asked me about an unrelated repair( which I would not have spent the additional $1000) if I had known my original issue was not fixed. Had to bring vehicle back the very next day because they obviously did not test drive the vehicle and then test again. If they had then as I stated to the service righter , the engine light would have come back on and they would have known it was not complete. They also lost the hood isolator pads on both sides and did not replace them or bother to mention it to me. We will not do any further service work with thunder nor recommend anyone to them for service. More
